Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the RevOps team of 3 employees, providing clear direction and managing performance and capability-building, while remaining directly involved in forecasting, pipeline reviews, and strategic analysis.
  • Act as the sole commercial business partner into the Revenue Organisation, holding the stakeholder relationship with RevOrg leadership.
  • Operationalise GTM strategy — designing territory coverage, segmentation, and quota frameworks, and partnering with Sales Operations on execution across Direct, Channel, and Customer Success.
  • Own the revenue forecast end-to-end, including the assumptions, the cadence, and the business commitment behind the number.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable analytical briefs — scoping each question with context, deadline, and priority — and route them to the Business Data Analytics team for execution.
  • Contextualise and own the insight layer, interpreting analytical findings and owning the resulting commercial recommendation rather than just the underlying data.
  • Define the KPIs and metrics that reflect what good looks like across the Revenue Organisation.
  • Run the commercial operating rhythm — pipeline reviews, projection cadences, the monthly sales flash, and performance analysis.
