Join our Sales Enablement Team

Sales Enablement is a critical part of the revenue acceleration engine at Akamai. This team creates powerful learning experiences. This allows Akamai sellers to be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and purpose to perform at their best.

Partner with the best

You will partner with key business leaders from our Sales Team to scope and address short and long-term needs

As a Sales Enablement Director you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the adoption of structured sales performance frameworks and conversational intelligence to improve pipeline conversion, win rates, and forecasting accuracy
  • Analyzing learning needs, objectives and performance measurements
  • Designing, developing, and implementing a multi-phased Enablement strategy that supports the business objectives and team development
  • Managing and coordinating all Enablement sponsored learning engagements, including training logistics, scheduling courses, enrollment, attendance and reporting
  • Creating and administering evaluation processes both prior to and after training engagements

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have relevant experience in a training or sales enablement organization
  • Possess deep knowledge of software sales cycles, modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message), and sales enablement ecosystems.
  • Have proven ability to influence executive stakeholders across GTM, Product, and RevOps
  • Have proven experience managing enablement tech stacks, specifically Highspot and Gong. Experience transitioning teams to scalable, data-driven platforms
  • Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Show exceptional curiosity and listening skills with proven ability to create quality stakeholder relationships
