We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Event Director to join our fast-growing, innovative events company. In this key role, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in operations, marketing, and sales to deliver exceptional experiences for exhibitors and delegates.
You’ll lead the development of event strategies, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with key industry partners, all while ensuring the events are delivered on time and within budget. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in a rapidly expanding company.

What will this role include?:🔎
- Lead the planning, execution, and success of high-profile events, ensuring seamless coordination across operations, marketing, and sales teams.
- Develop and implement effective event strategies to deliver an exceptional experience for exhibitors and delegates while maintaining budget control.
- Drive sales growth by setting targets, leading the sales team, and fostering strong industry relationships with clients and partners.
- Oversee the creation of targeted marketing campaigns to attract key audiences and enhance event visibility.
- Build and manage long-term partnerships with suppliers, media, and commercial partners to maximise event reach and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have/ be:🎯
- Strong experience in B2B event sponsorship sales
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding high sales targets and growing events year on year
- Experience overseeing event strategy across departments (marketing, operations/logistics, and production)
- Experience managing event budgets and P&L
- Strong leadership traits and innovative sales approach
