About The Role
Pirros is looking for a hands-on Director of Sales to lead and grow our business in the United Kingdom. This person will own Pirros’ UK sales strategy, revenue performance, pipeline development, and market expansion while remaining directly involved in prospecting, customer conversations, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing business.
This is a player-coach role for someone who enjoys building as much as selling. You will lead and develop our UK sales efforts, establish a repeatable and scalable go-to-market approach, and personally support strategic, complex, and high-value opportunities.
You will work closely with Pirros’ U.S. leadership and partner across Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to ensure we are effectively serving architecture, engineering, construction, and design firms throughout the UK.
The ideal candidate combines strong SaaS sales leadership with the entrepreneurial mindset required to build a market. You are comfortable operating with autonomy, creating structure where needed, developing relationships across the industry, and staying close to customers and deals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
