Job Overview

AI, connectivity, and intelligent automation are reshaping edge platform. General-purpose MCU and application processors power a broad range of these new embedded and edge AI applications in industrial automation, home appliances, smart cities, and connected consumer products.

At Arm, general-purpose compute sits at the heart of the edge ecosystem, enabling scalable, power-efficient, and secure compute platforms. The continued evolution of edge AI, real-time control, embedded security, connectivity, and software-defined systems creates a major opportunity to invent the next generation of industrial and consumer compute platforms.

In this high-impact role, Senior Manager, Segment Marketing – Edge Compute, you will be part of the worldwide segment marketing team, defining and implementing GTM strategies, working hand-in-hand with product teams and account leads to shape what we build and how we take it to market. You will drive growth and accelerating Arm innovation across the Edge compute segment ecosystem.

This role is about driving competitive advantage, aligning internal teams, and building external momentum to strengthen Arm’s leadership in industrial and consumer edge compute solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement worldwide strategies for general-purpose MCU and MPU segments with a focus on growth and measurable impact.
  • Analyze technology trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to uncover opportunities and steer segment growth.
  • Act as a force multiplier with product and commercial teams to enable technology transition, accelerate design wins, and implement go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partner with outbound marketing and communications teams to drive high-impact campaigns and secure Arm’s presence at key industry events.
  • Engage with OEMs, silicon partners, developers, and other ecosystem partners to unlock influence, complete joint initiatives, and drive demand across the value chain.
  • Support creation and evolution of market requirement specifications and contribute to roadmap planning.
  • Shape market outlook with TAM/SAM analysis and long-range forecasting to guide high-stakes business decisions.

Required Skills And Experience

  • More than 8 years of proven success in segment/product marketing, product management, business development, or strategy within semiconductor environments.
  • Master’s or equivalent experience with experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of capturing market share and influencing product direction in highly driven tech markets.
  • Strategic problem solver with execution; thrives in ambiguity and turns complexity into clear business outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including team member alignment and cross-team teamwork.
  • Passionate about storage technologies with an ability to distill technical value into market impact.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in SoC design or software development
  • Familiarity with AI technology, Arm products and architecture
