The Client
Our client is one of the leading real estate consultancies, with a network of 25 offices across the UK, and its’ Planning & Development Team provide a wide variety of planning consultancy services to a range of public and private sector clients.
The Role
Due to continued growth across both the Planning & Development department and wider business, a Director or Senior Director is required to lead client relationships and deliver projects across a range of sectors including but not limited to commercial, residential, rural, renewables and healthcare.

- You will support the continued development and expansion of the team, and have the responsibility for driving business growth within the Planning & Development Department.
- With an England wide remit, the role shall be based out of the Manchester office, and travel between the network of offices may be required.
Role Requirements
- Chartered Town Planner with MRTPI status (or MRICS Planning + Development).
- 10+ years PQE, working with an established client base, and successful experience on growth.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the planning process and legislative framework
