Skills And Competencies
- Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes within financial services, insurance, actuarial or technology-led environments, required to deliver strategic change across multiple functions
- Strong people leadership and organisational skills, required to manage and develop delivery professionals and coordinate globally distributed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, required to influence senior leaders and translate complex technical information for varied audiences
- Experience overseeing cloud-based, modular or scalable technology modernisation initiatives, required to lead the transformation of a complex product platform
- Strong programme governance and risk management experience, required to monitor performance, manage dependencies and address delivery risks proactively
- Hands-on experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve workflows, decision-making or operational efficiency, with the ability to identify practical applications within programme delivery
- Growing awareness of artificial intelligence risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical use when introducing AI-enabled capabilities

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Lead a global portfolio and strategic modernisation programme that strengthens actuarial and risk products, delivery and client value.
- Lead and develop a team of Delivery Managers responsible for actuarial and risk product initiatives
- Establish and execute a cohesive portfolio delivery strategy aligned with wider organisational priorities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic actuarial platform modernisation programme
- Define the programme vision, roadmap, governance approach and success measures in partnership with senior leaders
- Coordinate delivery across product management, actuarial modelling, architecture, engineering, customer success and business stakeholders
- Provide clear governance updates covering progress, milestones, dependencies, decisions and risks
- Monitor delivery timelines, resource utilisation, quality and agreed programme outcomes
- Identify programme risks and implement proportionate mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, ways of working and programme effectiveness
- Coach delivery professionals and foster a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture
- Identify appropriate opportunities to use AI-enabled tools to improve delivery insight, efficiency and decision-making
- Promote responsible AI use by considering governance, risk and ethical requirements throughout adoption

The team strengthens Moody’s by modernising core product capabilities, improving the scalability and performance of our technology, and delivering greater value for clients. We use cloud technologies and artificial intelligence to support product innovation, improve delivery processes and explore new efficiencies while maintaining responsible AI practices.
