About the Role

At GTT, we deliver secure global networking solutions that keep businesses connected around the world. As Director, Service Delivery Logistics, you will lead the strategy, planning, procurement, and logistics activities that support our global Service Delivery and Assurance organisations. You will ensure the right suppliers, capabilities, and processes are in place to deliver customer equipment efficiently while balancing cost, service quality, and operational risk.

Working across Supply Chain, Logistics, Product, Sales, and Service Delivery teams, you will own vendor performance, demand planning alignment, and procurement execution across the region. You will play a critical role in enabling customer success through strong supplier partnerships, effective governance, and scalable logistics operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead a critical team responsible for logistics operations and OEM/vendor management across the US and Europe.
  • Drive planning, sourcing, and distribution activities for CPE, uCPE, and related technologies supporting customer deployments.
  • Manage strategic relationships with OEM partners including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, and other technology suppliers.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including purchase order governance and progression through Oracle Procurement.
  • Define and monitor supplier performance metrics covering service, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and operational teams to align vendor strategies with business priorities and customer demand.
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of service delivery.
  • Provide forecasting, reporting, and regional insights to support informed business decisions.
  • Partner with Assurance teams to optimize equipment replacement strategies and lifecycle management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
