Director of Site Operations

Are you an experienced Operations Leader with a strong background in FMCG manufacturing? We’re looking for a strong operational leader with a proven track record of leading teams, driving performance, and creating a clear direction across an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- You’ll take overall responsibility for the site, leading the SLT, developing people and creating a culture of accountability and high performance.
- You’ll need a strong leadership presence, commercial awareness, confidence to make decisions, and have difficult conversations when required.
