Director, Solution and Product Marketing
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Solution and Product Marketing based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to shape market strategy and define the narrative for innovative enterprise technology solutions at a global scale.
You will sit at the intersection of product strategy, solution positioning, and go-to-market execution, helping organizations understand the value of complex platforms.
Working closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams, you will transform technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes.
The position combines strategic storytelling, market influence, team leadership, and operational execution.
You will play a key role in building category leadership, enabling sales teams, and driving adoption among enterprise customers.

Accountabilities
As a Director, Solution and Product Marketing, you will lead the development of market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for key product and solution areas. You will act as a strategic partner across the organization, ensuring complex technologies are translated into clear value propositions that resonate with enterprise audiences.
- Own product and solution narratives by creating differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for enterprise audiences.
- Lead solution and product marketing strategies across defined areas, including use cases, competitive intelligence, and market differentiation.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
- Create impactful sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, technical content, and customer-facing resources.
- Support market influence initiatives by contributing to analyst relations and ensuring key industry influencers understand the organization’s positioning and vision.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling stories that address business challenges and customer outcomes.
- Partner with field teams, sales engineering, customer success, and ecosystem partners to improve market adoption and commercial effectiveness.
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining high standards for strategic thinking, execution quality, and collaboration.
- Build alignment across global teams by adapting messaging and enablement approaches to different markets and customer contexts.
- Leverage customer insights, market trends, and performance data to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a senior B2B technology marketing professional with deep experience in enterprise software, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy. You combine strategic vision, technical understanding, and strong leadership skills to influence customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software marketing, with at least 5 years in senior individual contributor or leadership roles across product marketing, solution marketing, or related functions.
- Proven experience creating and marketing solutions that address complex business challenges rather than focusing only on product features.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts while maintaining accuracy and credibility.
- Experience working in technical domains such as automation, AI/ML, developer tools, integration platforms, middleware, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead go-to-market strategies and execute successful product launches in fast-paced environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities, including experience engaging with C-level audiences, analysts, and industry stakeholders.
- Experience managing, mentoring, or developing marketing professionals through direct leadership or project-based influence.
- Ability and willingness to use technology products directly and work effectively with AI-powered tools.
- Understanding of global enterprise ecosystems, including system integrators, regional integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners.
- Experience marketing to both technical audiences and senior business decision-makers is highly desirable.
- Experience in process automation, orchestration, BPM, or related enterprise technology categories is a strong advantage.
- Experience with analyst relations, including Gartner, Forrester, or similar organizations, is preferred.
- Experience working in high-growth, remote-first organizations is a plus.
