About the Role

Four Seasons is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Director, Spa and Wellness to help shape the future of luxury wellness across our global portfolio of 135+ properties. Based in London with a global remit, this high-impact leadership role partners closely with the Vice President, Wellness to support and develop Spa Directors worldwide, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.

This is a hands-on operational leadership position for a passionate wellness professional who thrives on coaching teams, elevating performance, and translating global strategy into exceptional guest and employee experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Support Senior Spa Directors and Spa Directors across the global portfolio through regular property visits, operational guidance, and leadership development.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, service standards, toolkits, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the rollout of dynamic pricing and revenue optimisation strategies to maximise spa profitability and commercial results.
  • Partner with Digital, Revenue Management, and Technology teams to increase online booking adoption and enhance the guest booking journey.
  • Analyse guest satisfaction data and lead initiatives to improve Qualtrics scores, service delivery, and overall wellness experiences.
  • Champion employee engagement, leadership trust, career development, and talent retention across the global spa division.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the Four Seasons wellness brand and standards aligned with the pillars of Mind, Body, Nutrition, and Sleep.
  • Support new spa and wellness developments, pre-openings, owner engagement, and the continued evolution of innovative wellness concepts.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify trends, share best practices, and drive sustained operational and financial performance.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience leading luxury spa, wellness, or lifestyle operations in a global or multi-property environment.
  • Proven success as a Senior Spa Director, Wellness Director, or equivalent leadership role within a world-class hospitality brand.
  • Strong operational expertise with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience improving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and commercial performance across multiple locations.
  • Deep understanding of revenue management, dynamic pricing, yield optimisation, and wellness business models.
  • Experience driving digital transformation, online booking growth, and adoption of technology-enabled guest experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and implement practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and functions.
  • A collaborative, people-first leadership style combined with commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • International experience, cultural agility, and willingness to travel globally to support a diverse portfolio.
