Strategic Development Director

Paragon Brand Services | Hybrid | UK

Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record of winning enterprise-level clients within the marketing services sector? Paragon Brand Services are looking for an exceptional Strategic Development Director to drive new business growth across our integrated portfolio of marketing solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building C-suite relationships, creating commercial strategies, and delivering complex, multi-service solutions for some of the UK's leading brands.

At Paragon Brand Services, we partner with some of the world's most recognised organisations to simplify the complexity of modern marketing. Acting as an extension of our clients' businesses, we deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions that enhance customer engagement throughout the entire customer journey.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new enterprise clients across the UK. You'll own opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature, collaborating with subject matter experts, bid teams and operational leaders to create compelling, tailored solutions. This is a consultative sales role where you'll be expected to challenge thinking, identify opportunities and position Paragon as a long-term strategic partner—not simply another supplier.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing new enterprise opportunities across Paragon's full marketing services portfolio.
  • Building and executing strategic sales plans to exceed ambitious growth targets.
  • Creating meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers across major brands.
  • Leading presentations, workshops and commercial proposals.
  • Working collaboratively with bid teams and technical specialists to develop winning solutions.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to introduce innovative marketing solutions.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
