What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead the delivery of supply chain and business transformation projects for clients across a range of industries.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges and deliver practical outcomes.
- Manage project delivery, commercial performance and client relationships.
- Support the development of business cases, strategic recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
- Contribute to business development activities, proposals and client growth opportunities.
- Coach and mentor consultants, helping to build capability across the team.

What You Bring
- Experience within a consulting environment, ideally delivering supply chain, operations or business transformation projects.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams or projects, managing stakeholders, timelines and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, operations, logistics or related business functions.
- Experience supporting transformational change, process improvement and operational optimisation initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, supply chain, logistics or a related discipline.

- Delivering high-quality consulting outcomes that create measurable value for clients.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and becoming a go-to advisor.
- Successfully leading project workstreams, balancing quality, timelines and commercial outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve supply chain performance, processes and ways of working.
- Contributing to business growth through repeat work, client referrals and new opportunities.
- Supporting and developing junior team members while helping strengthen the broader consulting practice.
