The Opportunity:

PureSpectrum is seeking a Director of Supply & Partnerships Acquisition focused on growing our delivery capabilities in the EMEA & Africa MENA regions. In this role you will be responsible for bringing in new partner relationships and expanding our delivery with current partners. The ideal candidate has extensive experience, expertise, and existing relationships with key partners in these regions, with a proven track record of developing a sustainable pipeline for continued partner expansion. In addition, this candidate is capable of and comfortable with engaging and integrating apps and websites who have large quality audiences who may not currently monetize their assets effectively through surveys. Location: The preferred location for this role is London, as the position requires periodic travel within the EMEA region, including quarterly visits to key client and team locations. Candidates based in these regions will be best positioned to support regional collaboration and travel expectations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with the regional leadership to craft and execute a supplier development plan which aligns with business growth objectives in each region.
  • Leverage new and existing relationships with supply partners to increase their delivery within PureSpectrum.
  • Attend conferences and meet with key current and potential supply partners in person.
  • Research regional supply partners and establish contact with appropriate decision makers.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy supply partner pipeline.
  • Communicate effectively across team members, partners, and senior management.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working in the industry
  • Proven track record of onboarding, growing, and maintaining supply partner relationships
  • Demonstrated experience working with top level decision makers within large organizations to close supply partnership deals
  • Knowledge of how rewarded surveys are implemented across apps, games, and websites
  • Strong understanding of the Free-To-Play market; how it operates, current monetization trends, and how surveys fit into the ecosystem
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong follow-through skills
  • Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid judgement and decision-making abilities
  • Strong analytical aptitude, results oriented mindset with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Word & Excel and familiarity with CRM based solutions (i.e, Pipedrive, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
