Job Summary
The Mission of the Director, Talent Acquisition - EMEA Corporate Offices is to continuously elevate the talent bar of our Corporate Offices talent and through that facilitate innovation in the region as we introduce new ways of attracting, diversifying, and elevating the hiring experience. To deliver on this mission, you will lead a team of TA Managers to successfully execute on our hiring plans and in partnership with Leadership, HR and Finance invest in a demand plan that sets up the strategic TA planning for success.
As we look to future growth it is important that we are always looking to place our brand at the forefront and in all the right places as we seek to attract and retain the very best talent. As such you will partner with the Talent Attraction Programs team and EMEA Leadership to deploy on-brand marketing campaigns and tools to support hiring at scale.
Driving an inclusive hiring process, you will partner closely with your HR Peers and the L&D team to identify future internal talent and partner on Talent Management & development programs nurturing future leaders to their full potential.
Delivering an exceptional hiring experience to our candidates and HMs is of great importance and as such you continuously evaluate the hiring process to ensure it meets the needs of our candidates, Leaders and company growth, partnering with the HR tech team to evolve inclusive and efficient ways to hire at scale and deliver best class experiences is critical to success.
As we transform the hiring experience, across all levels and functions in EMEA, we invest in the capability of the TA Team helping them to meet their full potential. In this role you will own the design and development of a newly introduced Talent Acquisition learning curriculum for the EMEA Wide Talent Acquisition Team, that collectively lifts us up to perform at our best.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
- Design, Drive and communicate an EMEA Corporate Offices talent acquisition strategy and execute on aligned initiatives.
- In partnership with HR Leadership and Regional VPs drive alignment on future hiring demand across our offices to source innovative ways to support and grow.
- Partner with Talent Attraction to deliver Brand Marketing Campaigns driving connection and engagement with future Talent.
- Continuously evaluate the inclusion, efficiency and rigor of our interview processes and experience and enhance with the roll out of new technology and ways of working.
- Collaborate and Partner with the Talent Management & L&D Teams to ensure a succession planning strategy is implemented for future Office Leadership.
- Invest in the development of the TA team through coaching, role clarity and performance development, creating a culture where everyone feels they belong and can do their best work.
- Design, develop and share a world class TA Learning Curriculum that benefits all members of TA across the region.
- Partner with Regional and HR Leadership to meet our diversity goals via education, goal setting, reporting and the delivery of programmatic hiring initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
- Experienced talent acquisition professional with direct experience leading corporate/offices recruiting teams across EMEA.
- Prior success in the creation and implementation of talent strategies including talent planning, attraction, strategic sourcing, inclusive recruiting and process optimization.
- Experienced in delivering regional recruiting projects that enable inclusive, efficient hiring.
- Experienced in leading and directly managing teams, coaching on performance.
- Experienced in collaborating with L&D and HR teams on the identification and development of internal senior leadership talent.
- Experienced in developing learning curriculums ideally for Talent Acquisition.

Education or Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
