Overview
We are seeking a strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale recruiting operations across the organization, with a strong focus on cleared technical hiring within the government contracting sectors. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with business growth objectives, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, managing recruiting programs and processes, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies to support short- and long-term business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership, program managers, and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and build strategic hiring plans.
- Establish and manage recruiting metrics, reporting, and workforce analytics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Oversee all aspects of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies for cleared technical, engineering, cyber, intelligence, and corporate positions.
- Evaluate and optimize recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, universities, professional organizations, military transition programs, and community groups.
- Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with Human Resources leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Manage recruiting budgets, vendor relationships, job board contracts, and external staffing partnerships.
- Provide regular executive-level reporting on recruiting effectiveness, market trends, talent availability, and hiring risks.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on labor market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive talent intelligence.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting cleared professionals within the government contracting environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleared recruiting strategies, security clearance requirements, and government contracting workforce challenges.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and develop strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of iCIMS software
- Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and recruiting best practices.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
We believe in paying fairly and competitively based on the value each team member brings to the role. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, location, and market data. The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually.
