Working across Product, Engineering, and alongside Digital Technology leadership, you will help execute the future operating model for technology delivery as we embrace AI-enabled and agentic ways of working. This is your chance to make an impact that truly stacks up!
Join us and indirectly lead a team of Technical Program Managers and work closely with Engineering, Product, HR, and external partners to ensure the Operating Model transformation progresses with clarity, momentum, and measurable outcomes. This Director role is responsible for creating alignment across senior stakeholders, translating strategic ambition into executable transformation plans, and ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working across the Digital Technology organization.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and building alignment across competing perspectives.
- Outstanding facilitation skills, comfortable leading workshops and decision forums with Director, VP, and SVP-level stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery discipline.
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and creating compelling transformation narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of modern software delivery, product development, and engineering operating models.
- Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, dependency management, and transformation planning.
- Comfortably operating in ambiguity and creating clarity for others.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes in highly matrixed environments.
What you'll build
- Drive the Digital Transformation: Facilitate alignment among senior DT leadership on the future Digital Product Development Life Cycle (DPDLC). Transform strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and ensure coherence across workstreams, balancing vision with practical execution.
- Lead complex organizational change: Align multiple stakeholders to embrace new delivery models and ways of working. Facilitate leadership discussions on evolving our operating model. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and impacts to ensure smooth transitions.
- Lead the Program’s TPM capability: Provide indirect leadership, coaching, and direction to the TPM capability supporting the transformation, establishing high standards for program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and transformation delivery. Foster continuous improvement and champion AI-enabled practices, enhancing the TPM capability across the program.
- Drive cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Digital Technology leaders to align priorities and drive transformation outcomes. Establish governance for transparency and effective decision-making. Resolve complex cross-functional challenges and manage competing priorities. Influence senior stakeholders to build commitment across diverse groups without formal authority.
- Enable AI-powered delivery transformation: Collaborate with technology and business leaders to redefine delivery practices using AI and agentic capabilities. Supporting the identification of opportunities to enhance effectiveness through AI-enabled workflows and ensure changes are practical and scalable. Serve as a thought leader in evolving delivery management within an AI-augmented environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Life on the Team
A core team is being brought together across key program workstreams, focusing on digital operating model, technology, people, and change. Each area will have a dedicated TPM, working closely with the workstream teams, Digital leaders, and the broader DT team as the work develops.
TPMs are transformation orchestrators who bring structure, clarity, and disciplined coordination to complex programs. While this role has no direct line management responsibility, it provides leadership and coordination across the TPM workstream leads (for example Technology, People, Change Management), and will influence across Product, Engineering, and DT - reducing ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, sequencing change, and ensuring the transformation progresses coherently across multiple teams.
This role is based either on LEGO® Campus in Billund, DK; LEGO® Copenhagen Hub, DK, or LEGO® London Hub, UK. The work environment is exciting, inspiring, flexible, and we like to have fun along the way!
What Success Looks Like
Success looks like enabling the program to reach clear, well-sequenced decisions on the transformation faster and with less friction than before this role existed. Dependencies are surfaced and managed before they become blockers, workshops and decision forums consistently land outcomes rather than reopen them, and the TPM workstream leads operate with a shared sense of direction and rising standards of rigor. Over time, you'll be recognized as a senior leader trusted to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to program execution - turning strategic ambition into coherent, adopted change across the Digital Technology organization.
