Director - TISSLClarCourse | Milton Keynes | Hybrid

TISSL, ClearCourse Hospitality’s premium EPOS brand, is looking for a Director to set the strategic direction, drive revenue growth and own the customer experience. This is a BU leadership role with a team spanning product management, account management, new business, and implementation.

To be considered for this role, you must have direct, hands-on experience with restaurant or hospitality POS systems. Applications without this will not be progressed.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Own and deliver new ARR targets, leading a BDM team with a disciplined, insight-led sales approach across premium restaurant groups, hotel F&B, and Michelin-level venues
  • Drive ClearAccept payment attach on every new deal, treating embedded payments as a commercial priority
  • Oversee Account Management to deliver NRR growth, proactive retention, and structured churn prevention across the TISSL estate
  • Own customer satisfaction performance, establishing feedback loops between customer-facing teams and Product to embed the voice of the customer into roadmap decisions
  • Define and evolve TISSL's go-to-market strategy, representing the business in group-level commercial and product forums
  • Lead team structure, performance, and development across BDM, Account Management, Product Management, and Implementation
  • Deliver accurate reporting across six KPIs to the MD and group leadership, with clear commercial narrative

Required experience:

  • Proven leadership of a B2B SaaS or technology business unit, with P&L or revenue ownership across growth and retention metrics
  • Direct, hands-on experience with restaurant or hospitality POS systems. Candidates without this will not progress
  • Track record of leading mixed commercial teams spanning sales, account management, and operations
  • CRM-driven pipeline management and forecast discipline, using Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Experience selling into or managing relationships with premium restaurant groups, hotel F&B, or branded hospitality venues
  • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day workflows and identifying where they add genuine output across sales and customer operations

Desired:

  • PE-backed or high-growth environment where ARR, NRR, and EBITDA are the operating language
  • Embedded payments or integrated card processing exposure
  • Working knowledge of Lightspeed, Toast, or equivalent competitive platforms
