Director (TOMs / Organisational Merger / Multi Department Transformation)

£1100 - £1300pd Inside IR35 - 12 month contract

Previous Government experience is essential.

Director required who is a visionary, self-starting Programme Director to lead this multi-departmental transformation - As Programme Director – Enterprise DDaT Transformation, you will hold overall accountability for designing, establishing, and executing the overarching programme structure that transitions from 1 former organisation into its new Enterprise DDaT operating model. This is a senior transformation role operating at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and execution. You will bring together legacy teams, systems, and cultures from Integrated Corporate Services (ICS). Through multi-disciplinary workstreams, you will define the target enterprise architecture, operational capabilities, and external partnership frameworks, ensuring full alignment with wider departmental MoG governance.
