The Role
Reporting to the Transaction Services leadership team, the successful candidate will lead Financial Due Diligence engagements across a broad range of sectors, taking ownership of client relationships, deal execution and team leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FDD professional looking to play a senior role within a growing Transaction Services practice.

About the Role
- Lead buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements
- Oversee quality of earnings, working capital, net debt and cash flow analysis
- Identify key transaction risks, value drivers and deal considerations
- Lead the preparation and review of FDD reports and client deliverables
- Manage senior relationships with private equity, corporate and other financial clients
- Oversee multiple live transactions and engagement teams
- Present key findings to clients, management teams and senior stakeholders
- Lead, coach and develop Transaction Services team members
- Drive pitches, proposals and business development activity
- Support the strategic growth of the Transaction Services practice

Your Experience
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant
- Extensive Transaction Services and Financial Due Diligence experience
- Proven experience leading complex buy-side and sell-side FDD engagements
- Strong knowledge of QoE, working capital and net debt analysis
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple transactions
- Excellent senior client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial understanding of M&A and private equity transactions
