Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with an ambitious and growing property consultancy seeking a Director to help drive the next phase of its growth within London.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced MRICS Registered Valuer to join a highly entrepreneurial business and play a key role in establishing and expanding its London presence. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will help shape business strategy, develop client relationships, win new instructions and build a team around you.
The role would particularly suit an individual with a background in valuation, corporate recovery, restructuring, distressed assets or LPA Receivership who is looking for greater autonomy and the opportunity to have a genuine influence on the future direction of a business.
The Opportunity
- Work closely with the Managing Director to grow and develop the firm's London operation.
- Build and strengthen relationships with lenders, insolvency practitioners, investors, asset managers and property owners.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
- Deliver strategic valuation and advisory services across a range of commercial property assets.
- Advise clients on distressed property situations, restructuring strategies and value recovery opportunities.
- Undertake due diligence and provide commercially focused recommendations on complex property matters.
- Recruit, mentor and develop a growing team within London.
- Contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of the business.
- Represent the business within the market and enhance its reputation through networking and stakeholder engagement.

About You
- MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.
- At least 5 years' post-qualification valuation experience.
- A strong network within the property sector and an ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Experience advising on commercial property assets and complex valuation matters.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous leadership, mentoring or team management experience.
- A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience within corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency, distressed assets or LPA Receivership would be highly advantageous.
