We have an exciting opportunity for a Directorate PA to join the Health in Justice service at Practice Plus Group.
You will work across the London and East Directorate which covers our prisons across London and the East of England.
The Directorate PA provides high-level administrative, coordination and governance support to the Operations Director, Heads of Operations, and wider directorate team within Practice Plus Group's Health in Justice services. The role is central to ensuring directorate activities are organised, meetings are managed effectively, and stakeholders receive a professional service.
Salary & Hours
This position is full time working 37.5 hours per week.
You will receive an annual salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.

What you'll be doing
As a Directorate PA your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Diary and Workflow Management for the directorate
- Manage and coordinate diaries for senior leaders.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organise priorities and support forward planning.
- Help ensure directorate work is delivered efficiently and smoothly.
- Coordinate meetings across the directorate.
- Produce accurate meeting minutes and records.
- Ensure timely distribution of information and documentation.
- Act as a reliable and professional representative of the directorate.

Qualifications, skills and experience required:
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade A-C or above.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Compassionate and non-judgemental attitude.
