Help Shape the National Housing Bank
The National Housing Bank is building the team that will lead the deployment of one of the UK's most significant housing and regeneration investment programmes.
Backed by £16bn of new financial capacity, the NHB will work with investors, lenders, developers, housing associations and government partners to crowd in more than £50bn of private investment and support the delivery of 500,000 additional homes across England.
Salary: c. £140,000–£150,000 plus benefits, depending on skills and experience.
Location: Our priority location for these roles is Leeds but we will also consider applications to be based in our other offices across the country – Newcastle, Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Northstowe and London.

- Director – Fund Management & Portfolio Strategy - Lead oversight of the NHB's investment portfolio across debt, equity and guarantees, helping shape investment strategy, capital allocation and portfolio priorities across the organisation.
- Director – Strategic Development - Lead the development of complex housing and regeneration opportunities, bringing together investment, policy and delivery partners to design solutions that unlock growth at scale.
- Director – Guarantees (Two Roles) - Lead either the growth and deployment of the NHB's guarantee products or the stewardship and performance of a major guarantee portfolio, helping unlock institutional investment into housing and regeneration.
- Director – Equity Transactions - Lead the origination, structuring and execution of equity investments across funds, partnerships and joint ventures that attract private capital into housing delivery and regeneration.
- Director – Equity Portfolio Management - Lead the management and performance of the NHB's growing equity portfolio, overseeing investments through their lifecycle and ensuring strong financial and delivery outcomes.

We're looking for exceptional leaders from investment, banking, finance, real estate, infrastructure, regeneration and related sectors who want to combine commercial expertise with national impact.
