Liberty Bridge Partners are representing a leading, highly regarded investment bank on a strategic senior hire into its TMT franchise, with a focus on Digital Infrastructure and Data Centres.
About our client
Our client has delivered back-to-back successful years, with sustained growth and a strong forward pipeline. The TMT team is well established in digital infrastructure and data centres and has advised on a number of large-cap transactions in the sector. This appointment reflects that momentum and the firm's intent to strengthen its position further.
The opportunity
Joining at Vice President or Director level, the successful candidate will play a central role in the team's next phase of growth:
- Leading execution on complex M&A and advisory mandates across digital infrastructure and data centres
- Managing senior client relationships alongside the team's Managing Directors
- Originating new relationships and helping to broaden the franchise's coverage
- Guiding and developing junior members of the team

The candidate
- Currently a Vice President or Director within a TMT team at a bulge bracket, elite boutique or specialist advisory firm
- Strong execution track record across M&A mandates
- Experience in digital infrastructure or data centre M&A is a significant advantage
- Credibility with senior clients and a real appetite for origination
