Job Title

Do you take pride in delivering reliable IT services and excellent user support? Join our team and help administer and support our Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring our colleagues have secure, reliable access to the tools they need to work effectively every day.

This is a technical role providing ongoing administration, support, maintenance, and development across our identity and collaboration platforms, helping to ensure it remains secure, resilient, and highly available. Working as part of a skilled technical team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving issues, implementing service improvements, and ensuring our services are optimised for performance, security, governance, and user experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration who enjoys delivering high-quality IT support, working collaboratively, and developing their technical skills within a supportive team.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience in delivering and supporting directory and collaboration Services.

  • Experience administering or configuring Microsoft 365 services with a strong understanding governance, identity, security and compliance, and experience integrating M365 tools with existing systems and data sources.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner, changing messages to suit different audiences, using customer-focused skills.
