The Department

Our Ticketing Team is at the heart of the supporter experience managing the full journey of ticket sales and delivery for all our Men’s, Women’s and youth fixtures. Beyond matchdays, we oversee bookings for away travel, soccer schools, and stadium tours—helping our supporters connect with the club in unforgettable ways and playing a pivotal part in driving our revenue and attendance. The Team act as the frontline and shape our supporters experience – ensuring that every supporter’s journey – from buying a ticket to arriving at Villa Park – is smooth, welcoming, inclusive and memorable.

The Role

We have an amazing opportunity for a Disability Access Officer to take the leading role in ensuring that our Club is accessible to everyone – meaning they experience the Club safely, confidently and without barriers – promoting genuine support, inclusion and accessibility.

A key part of this role will be your involvement in wider Club projects and initiatives – advising on the design of accessible and services, both now and in the future. You will also represent the Club and build strong relationships with our external organisations and stakeholders - including leading the Club’s Accessibility Network group in conjunction with our Fan Advisory Board and attending our Aston Villa Disabled Supporters Association (AVDSA) meetings – working together to enhance our accessibility across the Club.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
