What is the role?

This role will help shape the future of disability football in Hampshire, creating opportunities for children, young people and adults to play, belong and thrive. From launching new football sessions and supporting clubs to develop player pathways, you'll directly impact the lives of hundreds of participants in Hampshire

What will you do?

  • You will lead the strategic development of the Disability Football pathway in Hampshire
  • You will lead the development of Comets, Disability Rec and Just Play Kickabout sessions
  • You will deliver the local disability plan and support Thriving Community Clubs to grow sessional and team-based opportunities in the disability pathway
  • You will support the Southern Inclusive Football League to grow and develop opportunities
  • You will ensure disability football in Hampshire is safe, fun, and inclusive for all participants
