Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about handling information accurately and securely?
We are looking for two Disclosure Coordinators to join our Information Governance team and support the delivery of complex disclosure and investigation programmes. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring sensitive patient and corporate information is identified, validated, quality assured and disclosed in accordance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
Working closely with Information Governance, clinical services, Health Records, Digital teams, Legal Services and other key stakeholders, you will help ensure information is managed with the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
This vacancy is advertised as a time-limited opportunity and is expected to be undertaken on a secondment basis.
Before applying, employees must discuss the opportunity with their current line manager to confirm whether they may be released from their substantive role if successful. Release to undertake a secondment is not an automatic entitlement and must be agreed by all relevant parties: the employee, their current line manager, and the recruiting line manager.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
