Working closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Technology and Front Office teams, you will oversee a range of regulatory disclosure obligations, drive process improvements and support the implementation of new reporting requirements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the firm's regulatory disclosure obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage BAU disclosures reporting, reconciliations, controls and exception management.
  • Coordinate the production and submission of regulatory disclosures within required deadlines.
  • Partner with Finance, Compliance, Risk and Technology teams to deliver regulatory change and reporting enhancements.
  • Interpret new and evolving disclosure requirements and assess their operational impact.
  • Support the implementation of new disclosure regimes, products and reporting requirements.
  • Produce business requirements, process documentation and UAT for reporting initiatives.
  • Drive automation, process improvements and data quality across the disclosures reporting framework.
  • Investigate reporting discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve data and process issues.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
