About the Role
At Rhino Analytics, we believe the best technology projects start with understanding the business — not choosing the technology.
We're looking for an experienced Discovery Lead to work with our customers before solution design and technical delivery begins.
Are we solving the right problem?
When a customer tells us “we need a dashboard”, your job isn't to start gathering dashboard requirements.
It's to understand why.
You'll work across customer organisations — from senior leadership to the people actually doing the work — to understand how the business operates, the decisions people need to make, the problems they're experiencing and the data and information behind them.
You'll lead stakeholder conversations and discovery workshops, challenge assumptions, identify conflicting perspectives and help customers establish what problem actually needs solving.
You'll sit between our Sales and Delivery teams and become the guardian of the Rhino Method during customer discovery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
