A client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting a Temporary Dispatch Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time temporary position starting Monday 16th November, likely for 2 weeks with the potential to extend. Working a 9-day fortnight with working hours of 8:45am-5:15pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-5:00pm on worked Fridays, paying up to £30,000 per annum.

- Coordinating customer order dispatches by sea, air and road
- Liaising with freight forwarders, couriers and third parties
- Preparing export dispatch documentation and applying freight charges
- Responding to delivery queries and resolving issues with couriers
- General administration and filing within the dispatch office
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Previous transport or logistics experience is preferable
- Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation and legislation is advantageous
- Previous SAP experience would be beneficial
- Strong IT, organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Be available to start work Monday 16th November for 2 weeks
