WHAT YOU DO
Verify and process all dispatch documentation, register outgoing vehicles in SAP, organise external warehouse transfers, and conduct final load checks.
Efficiently and safely load lorries using a Power Pallet Truck while strictly meeting weight distribution and load security standards.
Continuously monitor shipping lanes connected to the high-bay warehouse to ensure correct products are staged for scheduled routes.
Maintain a strong safety-first culture by inspecting PPT equipment before use, following WMS safety protocols, and keeping the loading bay clear of hazards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HGV drivers and hauliers to provide clear parking instructions, loading schedules, and professional service.

Guide new starters and agency staff through site inductions, warehouse layouts, and operational workflows to ensure seamless onboarding.
WHO YOU ARE
Minimum 2 years of experience in an outbound goods or dispatch environment.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Warehousing & Storage or an equivalent vocational qualification in stock control and warehouse safety.
Hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
Comprehensive SAP proficiency alongside practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Valid accredited Power Pallet Truck (PPT) licence (RTITB/ITSSAR) and IOSH Working Safely certification are highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Working time: 39 hours per week // 8 - hours shifts // Mo - Sat // mornings & afternoons
Basic hourly rate: £13.79
Hourly rate with 20% shift premium: £16.44
