Lebus Upholstery – Scunthorpe
Location: Queensway Industrial Estate, Dunlop Way, Scunthorpe, DN16 3RN
Contract: 3-month fixed term
Hours: 39 hours per week
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:45am–3:30pm
- Friday: 6:45am–2:05pm

Lebus Upholstery is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on Dispatch Operative to join our busy Dispatch Department on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
You’ll play an important role in making sure finished furniture is handled, packaged, and loaded safely, accurately, and efficiently, ready for delivery to customers across the UK and Ireland.
What You'll Be Doing
- Packaging finished products to customer requirements
- Safely and accurately loading vehicles
- Handling and moving stock, including moderate to heavy lifting
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
- Supporting inventory and stock checks
- Communicating effectively with Supervisors and Managers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Following all company health, safety, and quality procedures
- Providing a professional and efficient service to colleagues
- Supporting the wider team with other reasonable duties when required

Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing, or manufacturing is useful, but a positive attitude and willingness to work are equally important.
