Dispensary Co-Ordinator

Join Our Team
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Dispensary Co-Ordinator to join our busy Dispensary team in Diss. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration, stock control and customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and operational excellence.
As a key member of the team, you will support the dispensing, administration and inventory management of medicines and veterinary products, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently to our farming customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Dispensing orders both physically and through the SAP system in line with dispensary regulations.
- Picking, packing and preparing products for dispatch to farms.
- Prioritising orders to meet courier collection times and customer requirements.
- Maintaining warehouse organisation, stock rotation and storage standards.
- Processing orders from farmers, veterinary professionals and field teams.
- Managing stock receipts, transfers, returns and inventory adjustments.
- Ensuring medicines and products are stored correctly and within required temperature controls.
- Monitoring and recording daily fridge temperatures.
- Maintaining accurate stock, inventory and financial records within SAP.
- Supporting monthly stock counts and reconciliation activities.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with purchasing administration, supplier queries and invoice matching.
- Working closely with Veterinary, Finance, Procurement and Production teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the dispensary function.
- Occasionally delivering orders using a company vehicle while following biosecurity procedures and product handling requirements.

What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working within stock control, inventory management, warehouse or distribution environments.
- Good understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong administration and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to analyse information, investigate discrepancies and identify solutions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with farmers, suppliers, veterinary professionals and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a positive, proactive approach.
