About Bolt Pharmacy and AIOS

Bolt Pharmacy is our main UK pharmacy brand and part of AIOS, the company building the world's first full-stack AI doctor. This role is based at Bolt Pharmacy in Blackburn.

AIOS is at $400M ARR, growing from $10M/yr 12 months ago. We're the world's fastest growing AI doctor.

We're faithfully serving >200k/mo patients via Bolt Pharmacy. We're profitable.

Our strategy exists at the intersection of two strong theses:

  • The AI doctor that wins will get to escape velocity using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history.
  • The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders.

Our master plan:

  • Step 0 → $100M/yr by end of 2025: We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market.
  • Step 1 → $1B ARR by end of 2026: Over the last 12 months we've grown from 3k to 150k UK active GLP-1 patients. We'll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR.
  • Step 2 → $10B ARR by end of 2028: Blitzscale Europe. We'll be Europe's largest GLP-1 provider.
  • Step 3 → $100B/yr by end of 2031: Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. We'll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe.
  • Step 4 → $1T/yr by end of 2035: With one line of code and zero human time, you can use AIOS to treat any patient globally with any medication.
  • In so doing, we'll become the world's first trillion-dollar healthcare company.

We're a young, founder-led company. This is still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.

Being a Dispenser at Bolt Pharmacy

We are building a world-class team.

As a Dispenser at Bolt Pharmacy (part of AIOS), your fundamental role is to turn prescriptions into treatment patients can count on—safely, accurately and at pace.

You'll be at the heart of our dispensing operation, selecting, labelling and securely packing medicines for patients across the UK. You'll take ownership of your work within your qualified scope, follow dispensing procedures precisely and escalate clinical questions to our pharmacists. Every prescription has a person behind it.

You'll keep quality high as volumes grow. From protecting the cold chain and monitoring storage temperatures to managing stock and checking deliveries, you'll help keep medicines safe and orders moving. You'll report errors and near misses promptly, so we learn quickly and keep improving.

Working alongside pharmacists, fellow dispensers and our stock and customer service teams, you'll help resolve issues before they delay treatment. You'll also support trainee dispensers and spot practical ways to make Bolt Pharmacy's operation more efficient. Your experience will help raise the standard of the whole team.

Great performance means consistently processing 30+ orders per hour while maintaining over 99.5% dispensing accuracy, zero critical errors and full compliance with our procedures. Patients receive the right treatment, colleagues trust your work and we can serve more people with confidence.

This is a full-time, on-site role at Bolt Pharmacy in Blackburn, UK, working standard business hours with possible shift patterns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll report directly to our Shift Lead.

You'll work most closely with Bolt Pharmacy's pharmacists, qualified and trainee dispensers, Stock Control and Customer Service, combining dispensing oversight, shared workloads and patient support.

Key responsibilities

  • Get every prescription right: Select, label and prepare medicines accurately within your qualified scope, following SOPs and escalating clinical queries to pharmacists.
  • Keep treatment moving: Process and securely pack 30+ orders per hour while maintaining accuracy, safety and compliance.
  • Protect every medicine: Maintain cold-chain controls, monitor fridge and room temperatures, and escalate storage deviations immediately.
  • Take ownership of stock: Check incoming deliveries, maintain correct storage and rotation, and support stock takes so medicines are available when needed.
  • Make quality everyone's business: Record errors, near misses and incidents promptly, keep workstations clean and compliant, follow hygiene and PPE procedures, and suggest practical improvements.
  • Raise the team's standard: Guide trainee dispensers, support colleagues and work with Customer Service to resolve patient queries and order updates.

Need to have

  • Dispensing qualification: You hold a valid Buttercups certification or equivalent dispensing qualification.
  • Experience at pace: You've worked in high-volume dispensing and can consistently meet a target of 30+ orders per hour without compromising safety.
  • Attention to detail: You bring exceptional accuracy to medicine selection, labelling and prescription preparation.
  • Ownership within your scope: You organise your workload independently, follow SOPs precisely and know when to involve a pharmacist.
  • Professionalism: You're reliable, punctual and committed to patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Nice to have

  • Qualified experience: You've spent at least a year working as a qualified dispenser.
  • Online pharmacy: You understand the demands of dispensing and dispatching treatment to patients remotely.
  • Mentoring: You've trained or supported junior colleagues and can explain procedures clearly.
  • Stock management: You bring experience in inventory control, stock rotation and keeping a busy dispensary supplied.
  • Patient support: You've handled healthcare queries with care, clarity and professionalism.
  • Pharmacy standards: You're familiar with GPhC requirements and how they translate into everyday practice.

Our cultural standards

We aim to make this your life's work. This should be the most challenging, most rewarding role of your life. Accordingly, these are the core cultural standards to which we hold ourselves & our team-members:

  • Belief in the mission: We will have served 100 million patients by the end of 2035 and we transform the life of most patients who join. We have a lot of work to do. We are obsessed with our patients and are dedicated to the mission.
  • Unwavering integrity: We are at the frontier, so we often live in ambiguity with no trodden path. When we can't look to others for guidance, we must maintain impeccable ethics and unwavering integrity.
  • Only the paranoid survive: Bad sh*t is coming. By joining us, you're choosing to sail straight towards the storms with unhesitating conviction. However much we've already done, however far we've already come — it's still Day 1 and all our work is ahead of us.
  • If we're average we fail: We are only interested in "insanely great", a focus on the quality of our execution that in everyday life would be considered pathological. We have a dedication to excellence and reject incompetence.
  • Commitment to candor: That which can be destroyed by the truth should be. You get full transparency from the company and the company expects full transparency from you. We never say anything about someone that we wouldn't say to them directly. We give feedback with love and do not need to protect people from fleeting physical sensations.
  • A maniacal sense of urgency: We execute at an intensity that most people think is impossible. Speed is critical and we need things done yesterday. We all work very hard and in such a competitive world there really is no other way to win.
  • Enduring frugality: We are frugal. We hate being wasteful and we are anti-luxury. A culture of cheapness keeps us young. We spend our cash wisely & carefully — in a way that would make our grandmas proud.
  • Bulldozing barriers: The world is malleable and we shape it. We truly believe this and act accordingly. We are relentlessly resourceful and are at the mercy of no-one but ourselves. You'll be shocked how capable you are and how much you can achieve.
  • Keep your head down: We're boring people doing exciting work. We don't chase short-term status — we ignore short-term dopamine hits and focus on what matters. Outsiders will underestimate us and we revel in that.
  • The power of focus: We live in a world of power laws and we cannot overestimate the unimportance of practically everything. Know your One Thing, and nail it.
  • 🎯 "You just build a f**ing amazing experience. Make each step amazing. Make every decision in the long term interest of the customer. Give the customer massively more value than you take."
