What You'll Do
As a Dispensing Optician, you'll combine expert optical knowledge with a passion for premium customer service, helping customers find eyewear that perfectly suits their vision, lifestyle and personal style.
- Deliver exceptional patient care by providing expert dispensing advice and recommending the most appropriate frames, lenses and optical solutions.
- Use your technical expertise to take accurate measurements, fit and adjust eyewear, and ensure every customer receives a precision-fitted product.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, taking time to understand their needs and guide them through our curated collection of luxury eyewear.
- Support the clinical journey by working closely with Optometrists to ensure seamless customer care from eye examination through to collection.
- Maintain high professional standards, ensuring compliance with GOC requirements and delivering best-practice dispensing throughout the customer journey.
- Support the day-to-day running of the store, contributing to commercial performance, operational excellence and a collaborative team culture.
