Key Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable customer service at every interaction
- Collaborate closely with optometrists to ensure seamless, high-quality handovers for all dispensing clients
- Handle aftersales service professionally, including:
- Resolving complaints effectively
- Offering proactive problem-solving
- Delivering a ‘can-do’ brand experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strong professional sales techniques
- Contribute to the clinic’s success via team collaboration and more-transparent store management roles
