Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Reading.
The Role
You will handle a varied and challenging caseload of contentious matters, advising a broad range of commercial and private clients. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while building strong client relationships.
Your work is likely to include:
- Managing a varied and high-quality dispute resolution caseload.
- Developing trusted relationships with existing clients and professional contacts.
- Playing an active role in the growth and strategic development of the department.
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Working alongside specialists across the firm, including our highly successful Real Estate team.
- Playing an active role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued success and growth of the team.

About You
We are interested in hearing from solicitors who are:
- Qualified Solicitors in England and Wales
- Ideally 6 years' PQE, although candidates outside this range with relevant experience will be considered
- Experienced in managing a dispute resolution caseload
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicators with a client-focused approach
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic team players who are keen to contribute to business development activities
- Are interested in contributing to the future leadership and growth of a successful team
- Are collaborative, approachable and committed to delivering excellent client service
