About The Role

This full-time post as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, based in the West Midlands, suits a newly qualified lawyer or one with up to two years' PQE. The successful applicant handles a varied caseload of contentious matters spanning civil litigation, employment and dispute resolution. Duties include managing files independently, advising clients and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high standards of service. Strong communication, negotiation and case management skills are essential, alongside a client-focused approach. A salary between £35,000 and £50,000 per annum is offered, dependent on experience. This position provides genuine scope to develop litigation expertise within a supportive law firm setting.

Litigation Solicitor | NQ–2 PQE | West Midlands

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable law firm, handling a varied caseload of contentious matters across civil litigation, employment and dispute resolution.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor or a Solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE to develop their litigation experience within a supportive and client-focused environment.

Applications Are Welcomed From Solicitors Who Are Newly Qualified Or Have Up To 2 Years’ PQE In Litigation, With Experience In Some Or All Of The Following

About You

You will be a motivated and professional Solicitor with strong communication skills and a commitment to client care. You will be confident managing your own workload, prioritising competing deadlines and working collaboratively as part of a team.

You will also be comfortable working within compliance requirements, firm policies and internal procedures.
