Join Thomas Harvey Solicitors, a boutique dispute resolution firm with a strong reputation in Professional Negligence, Shareholder Disputes, Property Litigation, Contentious Probate, and Commercial Litigation.
Due to our continued growth, we are offering an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Managing Partner, who has over 30 years of industry experience. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in high-value, complex cases while developing your expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.
This role is an office-based role in our modern North Leeds offices.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing clear, strategic legal advice to clients.
- Managing a diverse caseload with precision and efficiency.
- Supporting the managing partner on complex, high-value disputes.
- Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and developing case strategies.
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience handling litigation matters from start to finish.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Exceptional client communication and relationship management.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload while thriving under pressure.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to continuous professional development.
