Commercial Litigation Associate (3–5 PQE) | British Virgin Islands

We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading Offshore law firm in the British Virgin Islands, which is looking to hire a talented Commercial Litigation Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded disputes team. Our client has an outstanding reputation across the Offshore market and advises on some of the most complex, high-value and cross-border disputes in the region, acting for international corporates, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, investment funds and high-net-worth individuals.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer looking to take the next step in their career, working on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, insolvency and restructuring matters, asset recovery and fraud investigations alongside leading practitioners in the Offshore market.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 years' PQE
  • Strong experience across commercial litigation, insolvency, shareholder disputes and/or contentious insolvency matters
  • Admitted in the UK
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Experience gained at a leading international or top-tier national law firm
  • A genuine interest in relocating to the British Virgin Islands and building a long-term Offshore career
