Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a prestigious US law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its highly regarded International Disputes team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team of four paralegals, supporting lawyers on complex, high-profile cross-border disputes. The role offers exposure to challenging international matters, providing excellent experience for candidates looking to develop their careers within a top-tier litigation practice.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting lawyers across all stages of complex commercial litigation and international disputes
- Managing court filings and liaising with external parties
- Assisting with hearings, trials, and High Court proceedings
- Document review, disclosure, and case management
- Legal research and preparation of court bundles

The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' litigation paralegal experience
- Strong exposure to High Court litigation, hearings, and trial preparation
- Previous experience gained within a US law firm
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Fluency in one or more European languages would be advantageous
