Salary: £50,849 to £69,918 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity working to join our team in London, working as a Disrepair and Alternative Dispute Resolution Lawyer on a permanent basis.
You will provide high-quality legal advice on disrepair and alternative dispute resolution matters to Clarion Housing Group and its Group partners. The post holder is responsible for supporting the internal teams managing legal disrepair and housing condition claims and using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) principles, to achieve fair, timely and proportionate outcomes.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our Greater London House and/or Corsica Street office in London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
