The Disrepair Liaison Coordinator role combines customer service, administration, performance monitoring and contractor liaison. You'll help monitor KPIs, coordinate reporting, manage purchase orders and support the smooth running of the service, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and used to drive improvements.

How you'll do it

  • Act as a main point of contact for contractors, frontline teams, stakeholders and customers, responding to and coordinating disrepair-related queries.
  • Ensure disrepair enquiries are logged, progressed and escalated appropriately where required.
  • Monitor contractor performance and support the preparation of reports covering programmes of work, KPIs and service delivery performance.
  • Collect, analyse and present information from contractors, consultants and operational teams to support decision-making and service improvements.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, monitor spend and ensure financial processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including agendas, attendance, note-taking and follow-up actions.
  • Support the wider team through general administrative and coordination activities, including providing cover for colleagues where necessary.
  • Build effective relationships with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders, helping to improve communication, performance and resident outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
