DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNT MANAGER (UK & IRELAND) - NETWORKING SOLUTIONS

Good, we're building something big in the UK - and we're looking for a commercially driven Distribution Account Manager to help shape the future of our UK & Ireland channel business.
About Us
Teltonika is a global leader in Internet of Things (IoT), with over 25 years of innovation, operations in 27+ countries, and more than 2,500 employees worldwide.
Following the launch of our UK operation in 2024, we're continuing to invest heavily in our Industrial Networking business. This newly created role will be instrumental in delivering our channel-first strategy across the UK & Ireland, working with authorised distribution partners to accelerate growth and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of managing and growing relationships with our authorised distribution partners across the UK & Ireland.
- Execute Teltonika's channel strategy, supporting our transition from a direct sales model to a fully channel-led approach.
- Develop strong commercial relationships with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations and leadership teams within distribution partners.
- Create and implement joint business plans that drive revenue growth, reseller engagement and market expansion.
- Support the onboarding of new distribution partners and ensure they fully understand Teltonika's products, commercial model and channel strategy.
- Drive sell-in revenue performance while maintaining healthy stock levels across distribution partners.
- Deliver sales enablement activities including partner training, product updates, deal support and joint customer engagement.
- Work closely with internal sales, pre-sales and technical teams to ensure partners receive the highest level of support.
- Monitor distributor performance, pipeline activity and KPIs using CRM and reporting tools.
- Represent Teltonika at partner meetings, industry events and exhibitions across the UK & Ireland.

What We Expect of You
- Proven success in distribution sales, channel account management or partner management within a B2B technology environment.
- Experience building and managing strategic relationships with distributors, VARs, MSPs or technology partners.
- Strong commercial understanding of channel business models, pricing structures and partner economics.
- A track record of driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at both operational and executive level.
- Commercially driven, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple strategic accounts.
- Experience working within structured pricing frameworks and deal registration processes.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK & Ireland.
