Your Opportunity
We're currently looking for a Distribution Administrator to join our team in Gosport. This role plays a key part in supporting warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring accurate processing of despatches and receipts, managing transport administration and maintaining the systems and records that keep our supply chain running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing despatch, receipt and warehouse tasks through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Generating and processing transport and delivery documentation for hauliers and customers.
- Coordinating vehicle movements on and off site, ensuring safe access and accurate documentation.
- Maintaining pallet accounts, records and reconciliations with customers, suppliers and invoices.
- Liaising with customers, customer service teams, transport providers and pallet suppliers.
- Monitoring vehicle arrivals, departures and no-shows, working with transport planners to resolve issues.
- Supporting shunting activities between sites to maintain smooth material flow.
- Processing parcel carrier shipments and ensuring all shipping documentation is accurate.
- Producing daily warehouse and distribution reports and statistics.
- Creating export loads and generating customs documentation where required.
- Supporting the resolution of customer returns, damages and distribution-related queries.
- Maintaining departmental filing systems, invoices, expenses and administrative records.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in an administration, logistics, distribution or warehouse support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills and experience using business systems.
- Good numeracy and data entry skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Knowledge of transport, despatch and distribution processes.
- Experience with customs documentation and export administration.
- Understanding of pallet control and reconciliation processes.
