Salary for this role is circa £60,000 fixed + 80-100% bonus + benefits
Belmont Search is working with a leading global placement agent looking to add an Analyst to its London Distribution team.
This is a genuinely relationship-driven role, working directly with some of the most sophisticated institutional investors and private markets fund managers globally across real estate, infrastructure, private equity and broader alternatives.
You’ll be involved in marketing funds, JVs, platforms and direct investment opportunities to institutional LPs, attending investor meetings and roadshows, developing new relationships and ultimately building your own investor network.

The target is someone in the earlier stages of their career who has trained within a high-quality financial institution and now wants something more commercial, entrepreneurial and relationship-led. You might currently be in investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, investment consulting, institutional sales/IR or another relevant financial role. What matters most is that you’re smart, confident, commercially minded and genuinely interested in developing commercial relationships. You need to enjoy meeting people, picking up the phone, opening conversations and developing business. This isn't a role for someone wanting to sit behind a spreadsheet all day.
