Looking to build a career at the commercial heart of the London Market?

The Hartford Global Specialty International is seeking a motivated Distribution Associate to join our growing Distribution team. Working closely with senior distribution leaders, underwriters and some of the market's leading brokers, you'll gain broad exposure across specialty insurance while helping drive business growth and strengthen key market relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone earlier in their career looking to develop commercial expertise and build a strong network across the London Market. While a fixed-term contract, the role sits within a growing area of the business with significant opportunity for development.

What You'll Do

  • Support strategic broker engagement and business development activity.
  • Provide market insight and broker intelligence to support decision-making.
  • Help identify and progress new business opportunities.
  • Support broker account planning and relationship management.
  • Prepare analysis and presentations for broker meetings and business reviews.
  • Contribute to growth initiatives including Digital Trading, Portfolio Solutions and new business projects.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting and pipeline information.
