The Role
The role is responsible for performing clerical functions related to Distribution orders shipped from the Craigavon or Dundalk facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and independently verifying all relevant shipping documentation necessary for the effective management of materials during the despatch and distribution process.
- Conducting post-despatch follow-up actions, such as tracking and tracing shipments.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and accurately, adhering at all times to GMP requirements.
- A degree of manual handling.

What We Are Looking For
- Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up employment in the UK.
- GCSE (Grade C or above) in Mathematics and English Language (or equivalent).
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Experience of using computerised systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

There is various shifts available to include days (08.00 – 16.00), evenings (16.00 – 00.00), & nights (00.00 – 08.00), please select your preferred shift when completing the application form.
