The Role

The role is responsible for performing clerical functions related to Distribution orders shipped from the Craigavon or Dundalk facilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and independently verifying all relevant shipping documentation necessary for the effective management of materials during the despatch and distribution process.
  • Conducting post-despatch follow-up actions, such as tracking and tracing shipments.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and accurately, adhering at all times to GMP requirements.
  • A degree of manual handling.

What We Are Looking For

  • Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up employment in the UK.
  • GCSE (Grade C or above) in Mathematics and English Language (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
  • Experience of using computerised systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
