Distribution Enablement
Empowers sales and marketing teams to engage clients more effectively by improving the data, insights, tools and ways of working that support commercial activity. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology and Operations, the team helps simplify how work gets done, identify opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness and ensure teams can scale consistent, client-focused growth.
Your role
Champion the evolution of AI-enabled ways of working, helping sales and marketing teams adopt new capabilities, develop best practices, and identify opportunities to leverage insights, automation and emerging agentic technologies in their day-to-day activities. Plan and deliver communications to Sales and Marketing on behalf of Distribution Enablement, ensuring teams understand what is changing, why it matters, what is expected of them and where they can access support. Act as the bridge between markets, users and central delivery teams, gathering feedback, resolving day-to-day user issues and ensuring business needs inform the ongoing development of tools and processes. Design and deliver training, coaching and adoption programmes, building a network of champions across markets and adapting support to different teams, roles and levels of readiness. Define and scale effective commercial practices across opportunity management, client intelligence and AI-enabled selling, measuring adoption, behaviour change and resulting business outcomes.

The role can be based in either Geneva or London, with regular travel between the two locations.
Your profile
7+ years’ experience in change, sales enablement, transformation, training or adoption roles, ideally within Asset Management, Wealth Management or Financial Services. Alternatively, over 5 years’ experience as a salesperson with deep knowledge of the sales process in Asset Management. Proven experience leading the adoption of new tools, insights and business processes across geographically dispersed sales or client-facing teams. Bonus points if experienced with generative and agentic AI. Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills, with experience developing communications, trainings and practical user support for different audiences. Credibility with sales and marketing teams and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, from shaping and delivering an adoption strategy, influencing senior stakeholders to resolving day-to-day user challenges. Comfortable working with CRM, data and AI workflows, with the ability to learn new capabilities quickly and partner effectively with Product Owners, Technology teams and data specialists.
